Our therapies and rituals combine classics such as relaxing and deep tissue massage with advanced bodywork modalities such as kanso shirochampi, an ancient Ayurvedic therapy focused on the feet and head that activates marma pressure points. Teranka’s dedicated treatment rooms lie alongside our free-flowing pool area and it is here that guests can retreat to disconnect with the outer world and reconnect with the slow and subtle rhythms of the island.
