Essence of flow series 2025 lUMINARIES
As part of Teranka’s ongoing commitment to nurturing both nature and community on the island, this season also marks the return of our rotating wellness series: the Luminaries. Designed to spark curiosity and offer deep rest, this immersive programme invites guests to disconnect from routine and reconnect with themselves.
Throughout the season, we’re honoured to host a remarkable lineup of visiting practitioners. Ayurvedic bodyworker Elke Scior brings the ancient cleansing ritual of Panchakarma. Christophe Cos offers his signature Inner Alchemy treatments, blending musculoskeletal and energy techniques for full-body harmony. Paula Legoburo, a master in Reiki and lymphatic drainage, offers gentle yet powerful healing. And facialist Lija Kruus introduces her unique approach to Kobido, combining buccal massage with facial reflexology for a transformative glow.
